Trini Foundation is a non-profit organization, dedicated to teaching the practice of Ashtanga yoga to people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

During our Intro to Inversions workshop, you’ll learn valuable tips and techniques that will help you to get started with inversions or continue along your journey to developing them.
Each pose will be taught in stages with all levels and abilities in mind.
